Evite: Import Contacts

  • Format your file (using a program such as Microsoft Excel) in two separate columns by name and email.
  • Note: You may invite up to 750 guests. Any entries after 750 will not be added to your guest list.
  • Please do not add any emails that contain hyperlinks, quotations, accent marks, plus signs or any related special characters which will not allow the emails to be uploaded successfully.
  • Save or export your file as a .csv, .xlsx, or .xls file before uploading.

External HD Format: Mac & PC

  • For a hard drive to be able to be read and written to in both a PC and Mac computer, it must be formatted to exFAT or FAT32 file format.
  • FAT32 has several limitations, including a 4 GB per-file limit. This is a file system limitation that affects both Mac’s and PC’s, and the only workaround is to format the drive to exFAT.
  • exFAT only works on Mac OS X 10.6.5 or later a Windows Vista/7 or later
