Standalone Named User: You can install and run the software on multiple computers, such as your desktop, lab, and laptop systems. The installation is locked to a particular computer and particular user name.
Designated Computer: You can install and run the software on only one computer. The installation is locked to a Host ID that identifies a particular computer, but not a particular user. Any number of people can log in and use the software, but not simultaneously.

Download the attached .zip file associated with this Bug Report and store the file in the <MATLAB> folder. On a Mac you can access the <MATLAB> folder by command-clicking or right-clicking on the application icon, i.e. MATLAB_R2014a.app, and selecting Show Package Contents.
Extract the files from the .zip file by typing the following in a terminal window:
unzip <.zip file>
